Clear Shield SPF 42 is a 100% mineral sunscreen formulated specifically for oily and acne-prone skin. Where most SPF formulas feel heavy or congesting, Clear Shield combines reliable sun protection with oil-control technology, helping reduce excess shine while keeping skin comfortable throughout the day.  

Broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection is delivered through micronized Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) supports sebum regulation and helps maintain a more balanced, even-looking complexion over time. The formula is further supported by Exo-P™, a physical pollution shield, and an antioxidant complex that targets Oxidative Aging™, the cumulative damage from pollution, HEV blue light, and infrared radiation that contributes to visible premature aging.

Directions

Apply generously and evenly to face, neck and chest 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply as needed or after swimming, washing, towel drying or heavy perspiring.

Micronized Zinc Oxide: A safe, micro-fine mineral that offers broad-spectrum protection from both UVA (aging) and UVB (sunburn-causing) rays without leaving residual chalkiness on skin. Zinc oxide is known as a physical sunscreen agent, largely reflecting and scattering UV rays.

Titanium Dioxide: A safe naturally occurring mineral coated for sun stability, titanium dioxide offers broad-spectrum protection from both UVA (aging) and UVB (sunburn-causing) rays. Like zinc oxide, titanium dioxide is known as a physical sunscreen agent, largely reflecting and scattering UV rays.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): Along with keeping in moisture and boosting hydration, it also brightens skin.

Hyaluronic Acid: A complex sugar molecule occurring naturally in the body, hyaluronic acid hydrates by drawing water into the outer layers. It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, and makes skin plumper, softer and smoother.

ELIX-IR™: Knotgrass extract which is rich in flavonoids, and protects the skin against the damaging effects of infrared (IR).

Physavie®: A plant extract that shields against the effects of IR and visible light (HEV)

Exo-P™: An exopolysaccharide that acts as a biomimetic shield against particulate matter from pollution.
