"I purchased this product and it’s predecessor Eventone in succession since February 2026. I have always been impressed by its quality and easy of application. This latest purchase does not match my previous experience. The serum that comes out of the applicator has a pungent odour and has an extremely yellow colour which stains my beddings nightly. Neither of these issues were associated with your previous product. Are these your new standards for this serum? If they are then I wish to return the product and reverse the charges immediately. But if this is a faulty or substandard product, please forward to my address a fresh serum that has been inspected to meet your high standards. Kindly advise as soon as possible. Thank you, Ayala"
